Immediate Effects:
No future automatic payments will be chargedYour account is marked for cancellationContinued Access:
You retain full access until the end of your current billing periodAll borrowed books must be returned by the membership end dateOutstanding fees must be clearedAfter Membership Ends:
You can no longer borrow booksYou can no longer place holdsYour account becomes inactiveYour borrowing history is retained for your records3. Refund Eligibility on Cancellation
Within 3 Days of First Subscription:
Cancel and receive a full refundContact us immediately to processAfter 3 Days:
No refund issuedAccess continues until billing period endsAfter Next Billing Cycle Starts:
No refund for the new paymentCancellation prevents future charges only4. Return of Materials
Before your membership ends:
Return all borrowed booksClear any outstanding late feesFailure to return books will result in replacement charges5. Reactivating Your Membership
If you wish to rejoin after cancellation:
Simply subscribe again through the Payments pageYour previous account and history will be restoredNew billing cycle starts from reactivation date6. Cancellation by Library

Violation of Terms and ConditionsNon-return of borrowed materialsFraudulent activityNon-payment of outstanding feesIn such cases:
